STYLE SC-2 STAINLESS STEEL SADDLE CLAMPS

Canada Pipeline's Saddle Clamps with their one piece construction, make installation quick and easy. The extra wide stainless steel shell assures equal pressure around the circumference of the pipe; this is particularly important when tapping PVC of Polyethylene pipe. The key feature of our saddle design is the encapsulation of the sealing gasket to ensure optimum performance.

Material Specifications

Material:	Type 304 Stainless Steel Fully Passivated.
Gasket:	SBR. Other Material (i.e. EPDM) available upon request.
Tap Sizes:	3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2" in AWWA or Iron Pipe Thread.
Nuts/Bolts:	304 stainless steel 5/8" NC Thread and Finished Hex Nuts.
Washers:	Nylon washers used to reduce wear on washer plate.
To Order:	Select desired catolog number and add tap size.
Example:	A double bolt saddle clamp for 6" PVC SCHD 40 with a 1-1/4" IP tap would be SC2-0700-1-1/4" IP.
Note:	Saddles for other O.D. ranges available upon request.
	Torque bolts to 65ft lbs.
